Galton's Law of Ancestral Inheritance dictates the every offspring takes 25% of its genetic makeup from each parent. The remaining 50% is taken from the grandparents and relations behind the parents with minor fluctuations.
This is the reason that we look on the other side of the pedigree to see what matings produce. No one in the American Bulldog World is keeping records the way we are by focusing on offspring and positive attributes that they show for our map.
The truth is that a pedigree is only a tool.
It does not give 100% of anything only test mating and staying with the dogs you produce and the families that bring them into the home for the life of the dog.

Our Past stud Elevenpeaks Simon 120 pounds of handsome. Simon died January 2010 at the age of ten. We have frozen his sperm and plan on using him again in the future with one of his great grandaughters.
